In order to guarantee continuous internet connectivity throughout the nation, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has announced that IP addresses and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) are currently being registered.
Foreign embassies in Pakistan, corporations, and freelancers can all take advantage of this program.
The PTA made it clear that registering for a VPN will assist customers in maintaining secure connectivity and uninterrupted internet services. To prevent disruption, foreign missions are advised to promptly register their VPNs with the PTA.
Free of charge, the registration procedure should be finished in two to three days after the internet service provider has verified it. However, there will be an IP whitelisting cost for users who need more than five IP addresses.
