ISLAMABAD: To discuss regional peace and security, the Quadrilateral Meeting of Special Representatives for Afghanistan, which includes Pakistan, China, Russia, and Iran, met in Moscow on Tuesday.
All of the participating nations reiterated their commitment to a peaceful, autonomous, and stable Afghanistan free from outside intervention and terrorism.
“The participating states unanimously reaffirmed their steadfast commitment to a stable, sovereign, and peaceful Afghanistan, underscoring the necessity of a country free from the scourge of terrorism and external intervention,” stated Ambassador Mohammad Sadiq, Pakistan’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, on X.
