Rejecting review petitions, the Pakistani Supreme Court maintained its decision to remove restaurants, including Gloria Jeans, La Montana, and Monal, from the national park region.
Regarding the review petitions pertaining to business operations within the national park, the court rendered its decision.
It rejected the review requests and upheld the order to eliminate these establishments.
The Supreme Court also removed the observation that would have given priority to Monal and the other restaurants leasing other locations, as well as its previous observations supporting the eateries within the national park region.
According to the verdict, these eateries voluntarily promised to shut down within three months.
