The lady, going by the pseudonym Jane Doe, is claiming in the new civil lawsuit that she was regularly drugged and raped at the music mogul’s houses, and that one of those encounters resulted in her getting pregnant.
It comes after a slew of such lawsuits filed by female clients against Combs, 54, who was detained at a New York hotel last week on charges of possessing illegal drugs, trafficking in sex, and possessing guns.
The most recent lawsuit was filed on Friday and seeks unknown damages for physical suffering, severe emotional distress, embarrassment, anxiety, and other harm against Combs, his companies, and many colleagues.
According to the woman, she first encountered Combs overseas in 2020, and as of July of this year, she was still being attacked and harassed.
She claims that she was frequently forced and intimidated into visiting Combs’ residences in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, and other places. During each visit, the rapper would require her to “perform a show” for him.
The woman claims she passed out in one encounter, which is said to have happened in July 2022, after being made to ingest drugs, including ketamine.
