The car was ambushed by suspected attackers who were hidden next to the Naya Manga Bridge. The attackers killed Qari Ashfaq, 50, Muhammad Anwar, Master Shafaat, Nika Masih, Babar, and driver Saleem instantly.
During the incident, 30-year-old Nadeem, a native of Mehta Soja village, was hurt as a passenger in a nearby automobile. Following the attack, the shooters ran away.
When rescue personnel from Sheikhupura and Sialkot came, they discovered that all seven of the victims had died.
The deceased belonged to the Sheikhupura district’s Mari Kalan village.
District Police Officer (DPO) of Sialkot, Rana Umar Farooq, paid a visit to the location.
The DPO verified that the massacre was the product of a long-running conflict between two gangs and stated that the shooting happened inside the jurisdiction of the Kalrawala Police Station.
