Karachi: According to the news, the Sindh government agreed on Thursday not to include any new development projects in the budget for 2024–25.
The officials have been instructed by Bilawal Bhutto, the chairman of the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP), to finalize the current development projects in the upcoming fiscal year 2024-25.
New development projects for the province are not included in the Annual Development Programme (ADP) book; in contrast, the budget book includes 875 projects pertaining to education, 1137 projects from the Department of Local Government & Town Planning, and 470 projects pertaining to public health.
