Israeli authorities confirmed that a shooting occurred at a bus stop on the outskirts of Jerusalem on Monday morning, killing six people and injuring at least twelve others.
North of the city, at Ramot Junction, next to an illegal colony, the attack occurred. According to witnesses, two gunmen—one of whom was allegedly dressed as a ticket inspector—arrived in a car and started shooting. Both attackers were shot dead by security guards at the location, according to Israeli police, who called the incident a “terror attack.”
The Magen Six of the injured are still in “serious condition,” according to Israel’s ambulance service, David Adom. Three males in their thirties, a lady of similar age, and a man in his fifties were among the victims. Broken glass caused minor injuries to a number of additional people.
