LAHORE: The three-match One Day International (ODI) series between Sri Lanka and Pakistan will take place at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from November 11 to 15, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) stated Monday.
As previously stated by the PCB, the Sri Lanka ODI series will come before their involvement in Pakistan’s inaugural T20I tri-series, which is set for November 17–29 and will also include Afghanistan.
Since 2019, when Sarfaraz Ahmed’s team trounced the visitors 2-0 in a three-match series and the first ODI in Karachi was called off owing to weather, Sri Lanka has not made a bilateral trip to Pakistan until this ODI series.
The last time Sri Lanka visited Pakistan was in 2023, when they played Afghanistan in Lahore as part of the ACC Asia Cup.
