Because of the way an ex-cop tried to serve Taylor Swift’s documents for a deposition, she recently forced him into police custody.
The entire incident took place on September 15, before two in the morning, more than a month ago.
The whole incident took place outside Travis Kelce’s house in Leawood, Kansas, according to RadarOnline.
According to court records, Justin Lee Fisher, a former police officer who is now a private investigator, attempted to “jump the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood” in order to present the deposition papers, which led to the arrest.
The deposition is relevant because it concerns Justin Boldoni’s lawsuit against Blake Lively, who used Swift’s name in some of his texts.
