Taylor Swift described her first encounter with Selena Gomez as “quite a year.”
The Grammy-winning musician promoted her most recent album, The Life of a Showgirl, by appearing on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show.
Swift made sure not to bring up her engagement to Travis Kelce on the day of her wedding with Benny Blanco, the singer said in response to rumors that she made a joke about Gomez beating her to the alter.
Swift, who allegedly made a “beautiful” speech that brought the guests to tears, admitted that she did make fun of Gomez’s 2008 attire.
