Just one year after Bruce Willis’s frontotemporal dementia diagnosis, his closest friends and family are commemorating a significant life achievement.
The “Die Hard” actor’s oldest daughters, his fifteen-year wife Emma Heming Willis, and his ex-wife Demi Moore celebrated the actor’s 69th birthday on social media on Tuesday.
With a carousel of old pictures, Rumer said on Instagram, “Oh, Daddio, to be loved by you is such a gift.” “Papa, you are the cutest, sweetest, most endearing, ridiculously talented, amazing, and hilarious person in the world. I am incredibly grateful that we chose to live this life together as I go over these pictures this morning.”
“I am your first baby, and man, sometimes I wish I could be tiny enough to just cozy up on your chest again and laugh and cuddle you,” she said. “I don’t know how my muscles manage to contain the depth of my love for you. I could never have asked for a better papa than you. I appreciate your kindness, humor, and heart. Lou, the daughter of Rumer, adores you a lot.”
The family of Bruce Willis marks his birthday while coping with his dementia diagnosis: “So much has changed.”
