Not only was the WNBA rookie sensation chosen an All-Star, but she also garnered the most votes out of all the players.

Only Clark (by 735) managed to receive more than 700,000 votes, and her Indiana Fever teammate Aaliyah Boston came in second with 618,680.
Star player A’ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces, who had gotten the most votes in the first round, finished third with 607,300.

Clark leads rookies in both scoring and assists per game as of Tuesday. His average was 16.2 points and 6.9 assists. She is ranked third among all players in assists per game and sixteenth in points per game.

Angel Reese, Clark’s longstanding competitor who recently set the league’s record, will be paired with it.

With 11.8 rebounds per game, Reese leads the WNBA and is one of just four players who has averaged a double-double so far this year.

Even if Clark just put an end to any talk of a “rivalry” between the two, it is still important to observe their matches. Everything began at the 2023 national championship, when Reese—then from LSU—troubled Iowa Hawkeye Clark by pointing at her ring finger and taunting her with a “you can’t see me” look.
