Sana cited a hospital director who stated that 43 more people had died as a result of the attacks that took place near Masyaf in the Hama region on Sunday night.
At least four troops and three civilians were slain in strikes that destroyed military and scientific buildings where armed factions supported by Iran were present, according to an earlier assessment from a UK-based monitoring group.
The Israeli military stated that it would not respond to stories in foreign media.
It has, however, already admitted to having carried out hundreds of strikes on sites in Syria in recent years that it claims are connected to Iran and affiliated armed groups.
Since the beginning of the Gaza War in October of last year, Hezbollah and other organizations in Lebanon and Syria have allegedly launched cross-border attacks on northern Israel, prompting an escalation of Israeli strikes.
At around 20:20 GMT on Sunday, Israeli planes over northwest Lebanon fired missiles at “a number of military sites in the central region,” according to a Syrian military source that Sana published.
“Our air defense shot down some missiles,” the military source went on.
According to the news agency, a fire started in the Hair Abbas area and a local highway was also damaged by the attacks.
