Mr. Farage charged that the Conservatives had betrayed his party after assuming leadership of Reform UK on Monday.
Former UKIP leader had declared himself ineligible to run in this general election, but he later changed his mind, claiming he felt a “terrible sense of guilt” about not running.
In Clacton, Essex, Mr. Farage will run as the Reform UK candidate. This is his seventh attempt at becoming an MP, although he has never been successful.
According to a survey for News released on Monday, the Conservatives are expected to win Clacton; however, this was before to Mr. Farage declaring his candidacy.
“There are no circumstances whatsoever,” Mr. Farage said on the Today program when asked if he would strike a deal with the Conservative Party.
“A Conservative Party that I have given significant assistance to has betrayed us.”
In an effort to prevent Labour or the Liberal Democrats from winning the 317 seats the Conservatives had gained in the previous general election, the Brexit Party, formerly known as Reform, made an agreement with the Conservatives that stated they would not run any candidates against them in the 2019 election.
