1. Swedish meatballs, or köttbullar
Swedish meatballs, or köttbullar, are a very well-liked dish.

The meatballs are a popular meal all over the world, especially while shopping for furniture at IKEA, a company that was founded in a small Swedish town and has been selling Swedish meatballs in its stores since the 1960s.

Swedish meatballs are typically served with mashed potatoes and a gravy sauce on top.

2. Biscuits (knäckebröd)
Crispbread, also known as knäckebröd, resembles crackers more than they do bread. Primarily composed of rye flour, it is crisp, dry, and extremely flat.

Knäckebröd can be topped with any spread, such as hummus or butter. If you’d like, you can also top the bread with cheese and meat.

Numerous sources state that knäckebröd is a staple in 85% of Swedish homes.
