During his official visit to Pakistan, Turkish Air Force Commander General Ziya Cemal Kadioglu met with General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), at Joint Staff Headquarters, according to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday.
The two dignitaries “held detailed discussions on matters of professional interest with emphasis on evolving global and regional geo-strategic environment, shared strategic priorities, and underscored the importance of bilateral collaboration in promoting peace and stability in the region,” according to the ISPR.
Both parties underlined their determination to improve bilateral defense and security cooperation and fortify the long-standing strategic relationship between Pakistan and Turkey.
