The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has granted no-objection certificates (NOCs) to twelve cricket players so they can play in various leagues around the world.
While some players on the list are still under contract with Pakistan, others haven’t played for the Green Shirts in a very long time.
Major League Cricket (MLC), scheduled to start in the United States on July 5, would include mystery spinner Abrar Ahmed, pacers Zaman Khan and Haris Rauf.
Watch Muhammad Hasnain (non-centrally contracted), Shadab Khan, Salman Ali Agha, and Muhammad Haris in play in the ongoing Lanka Premier League (LPL) in Sri Lanka.
From July 3 to July 13, two players who haven’t played for Pakistan in a long time, Sharjeel Khan and Sohaib Maqsood, will compete in the World Championship of Legends.
Wrist spinner Usama Mir will compete in England’s The Hundred from July 23 to August 20, while left-arm bowler Mohammad Amir will play County Cricket from July 4 to 20. Explosive batsman Fakhar Zaman will compete in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) from August 29 to October 6.
It is important to note that centrally contracted players are not permitted to participate in more than two leagues under PCB policy. Because he was unable to obtain a nod of approval from the board, wicketkeeper batter Azam Khan withdrew from the LPL.
