A fan named Steve Sheward posted a video of himself and his kids running into the rock icon at the London Stone Island store, just as the world begins to process the news of the much-awaited reunion of Oasis.
Although it was a “boyhood dream to walk into a pub for a Beer with Noel & Liam,” Mr. Sheward claimed that the fortuitous encounter “trumped that” when he posted the videos on X.
Oasis revealed three additional dates for their 2025 stadium tour in response to “unprecedented demand” after fans registered for a pre-sale of tickets.
In addition, the deadline for confirming entries for the pre-sale has been extended to Friday at 10 a.m. UK time, since some social media users expressed concern over not receiving any response.
The band squashed rumors of a headline spot at Glastonbury, saying that the confirmed dates will be their only appearances in Europe in 2019.
Plans are also underway for performances later in 2025 in other regions.
The hotels in the concert locations have already raised rates, according to complaints from fans. A Manchester-based company was accused of reselling the room for a greater price after canceling a reservation made prior to the reunion announcement.
