The Pakistani women’s cricket squad left the Lahore Airport on Monday, September 23, for the Women’s T20 World Cup in Dubai.
Before departing for the World Cup, captain Fatima Sana reportedly predicted that the squad would play well to defeat cricket foe India, according to Geo Super.
“We should believe in playing well and carry that belief forward,” Sana stated to Geo News. When you play against a strong team, you play with more energy. Giving it your all is the only thing you can do while playing Australia.”
“We lost to India last time, but we also won before that,” she continued. India and we always have a great match, and if we play well on the day, we will win.
