On April 24, a student, teacher Fiona Elias, and teacher Liz Hopkin were stabbed at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman in Carmarthenshire, resulting in injuries.
The teenager denies attempting murder, but the jury has been informed that she has previously entered a guilty plea to three charges of injuring with intent and possessing a bladed item on school property.
Due to legal considerations, the minor defendant cannot be identified; however, she stated that she “used to harm [herself] and bring a knife to school.”.
“I don’t remember when I started bringing a knife to school,” she responded when asked her age.
The adolescent claimed that although she “usually” got along with Fiona Elias, she “wasn’t very fond” of her.
