PTI’s election rigging is fixed by the SC’s constitutional bench, which requests a hearing on May 9.

The bench led by Justice Amin-Ud-Din Khan will hear the May 9 plea on December 10 and the election rigging plea on December 11.

Imran Khan’s appeal against poll tampering will be heard by a bench chaired by Justice Amin.
A petition against the military trial of civilians will be heard by the constitutional bench.
The relocation of the PTI founder from Adiala Jail to KP is one of the other appeals.
ISLAMABAD Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been fixed by the Supreme Court’s constitutional bench.On December 11, a seven-member panel led by Justice Amin-Uddin Khan will consider PTI founder Imran Khan’s appeal against electoral fraud.

On the other hand, the second petition asking for the “annulment of civilian trials in military courts” would be heard by the constitutional bench on December 10.

Justices Amin-Ud-Din, Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Musarrat Hilali, Naeem Akhtar Afghan, and Shahid Bilal Hassan will make up the constitutional bench.

In March 2024, the imprisoned PTI founder petitioned the Supreme Court to establish a judicial panel who would “inquire, audit, and examine” the conduct and procedure of the nation’s general elections on February 8.
