The “Basic Instinct” actress shared a rough-looking bruise she received this week while on a European trip with her nearly 4 million Instagram followers.
“This trip has been tough; but I’m tougher,” she posted on Instagram Wednesday, accompanied by a photo of herself posing with her black eye.
On Thursday, she posted a video update while wearing sunglasses and a hat at the private swimming pool outside her Turkey hotel room.
I understand you’re all concerned about how I got a black eye, so I thought I’d let you know. I’ve gone to so many hotels in so many countries that I woke up in the middle of the night to pee and didn’t know it.
She went on to say, “No, nobody did anything to me, and yes, I’m fine, and I’m having a great time, and I’m being welcomed very nicely everywhere I’ve gone, and I’m having the best time.”
Lifting her sunglasses, she displayed her slightly healed eye, joking: And it’s getting better, but it’s still a nice shiner. You should see what I made with that marble floor.
