According to an Israeli official, food is not in limited supply and aid is reaching Gaza in sufficient amounts.
The Israeli defense body’s Moshe Tetro, who oversees Palestinian civilian affairs, stated that Israel is prepared to augment the quantity of supplies reaching Gaza. He placed the blame on foreign assistance organizations for their difficulties in receiving and processing the humanitarian aid.
“The assessment that the UN and other organizations conducted with us all indicated that there is enough aid.” The Gaza Strip has enough food supplies to last for the foreseeable future. Gaza does not have a food crisis, according to Tetro.
According to the UN, over 25% of Gaza’s population currently fears famine, and the situation is becoming riskier by the day.
