The family of Wallasey, Wirral resident Robyn Eve Maines, 24, is pleading for witnesses two years after her “beautiful” body was discovered on September 25, 2022, at approximately 8.30 a.m.
It is thought that Ms. Maines, a lawyer with a Liverpool legal company, died after falling from the balcony of the Hotel Rosamar on Calle Huelva in the San Antonio neighborhood of the Spanish island.
Merseyside Police, who are presently conducting an investigation after being tipped off by Spanish authorities, are classifying her death as “unexplained”.
According to the force, a male from London, 27, has been taken into custody.
“The Spanish authorities have now finished their investigations into Robyn’s death, and Merseyside Police are still conducting an investigation,” stated Detective Inspector Phil Ryan. We are considering Robyn’s death as unexplained at this point.
“On the second anniversary, I’m pleading with any witnesses who are based in the UK and might have been guests at the hotel in September 2022 to come forward.
