As soon as the jeweler examined it, there was something off. The owner of the shop, Mr. Harris studied the item carefully. He suddenly changed his expression. He awoke with widening eyes and let out a small gasp. He told Melissa not to worry and walked into the room behind him with the ring. Melissa was confused when she found herself alone behind the counter. The ring had been hers for many years, and she never saw anything out of the ordinary about it. The ring was elegant but it wasn't rare or unique. She believed that at least. She listened carefully as she walked around. She could hear papers and drawers shifting in the backroom. He seemed to be talking to himself but the words were not clear. She became more and more uncomfortable the longer she waited. She finally called out to ask if all was well. M. Harris replied quickly and assured her that he was returning soon. He sounded nervous, even frantic, in his voice. Melissa, not knowing that things were about to change in an unexpected way, sighed as she leaned up against the counter. The visit would not end as she planned. She heard a voice in the corner of her room. "Aha. "Aha. A few moments later, Mr. Harris ran back to her holding a piece of folded paper. Melissa guessed he'd found a record relating to the ring but couldn't see what it said. He tucked the piece of paper in his pocket before she had a chance to ask. The tone of his voice changed completely. M. Harris spoke to her with a firm but polite tone. He asked her if she'd mind answering a question about herself. He asked Melissa where she got the ring when Melissa replied. Melissa realized that this wasn't just a piece of jewellery. What Mr. Harris discovered was more valuable than Melissa had imagined.

Body Found Believed to Be Fugitive Australian Shooter in New South Wales Discovery Near Rural Area in New South Wales Police in New South Wales say a body has been found that is believed to be Julian Ingram, a man wanted for a deadly shooting incident earlier this year. The remains were located about 50 kilometers from the scene of the original crime near a remote area north west of the town linked to the case. Wildlife officers found the body beside an abandoned utility vehicle while carrying out pest control work. Authorities later confirmed that the vehicle matched the one used by Ingram during his escape. Connection to January Shooting Incident In January, Ingram was accused of killing three people in a small rural town. The victims included his former partner Sophie Quinn, her close friend, and her aunt. Quinn was seven months pregnant at the time of her death and was expecting a baby in March. Another victim survived the attack but suffered serious injuries. Police later confirmed that the injured person has since been discharged from hospital. Large Scale Police Search Operation After the killings, police launched a major search operation involving around 100 officers. Authorities described Ingram as someone with strong local knowledge, which made the search more difficult. Officials believed he could remain hidden in the region for a long period without being detected. The area where the incident occurred is sparsely populated, with only around 1,500 residents. Police Statement on the Discovery Assistant Commissioner Andrew Holland said early findings suggest the body is likely that of Ingram. He noted that clothing and identification found at the scene support this conclusion. Police also confirmed that the remains appear to have been at the location for an extended period before discovery. Holland added that the finding brings relief to the investigation and may help the local community move forward after the violent events. Investigation Status Authorities are continuing formal identification procedures. However, police say early evidence strongly suggests the search for the suspect has ended with the discovery of his body.
