QUETTA: Following an explosion on the railway track, three carriages of the Jaffar Express derailed in Mastung’s Dasht district on Tuesday, injuring several people, according to officials.
Two carriages came off the track and one flipped, according to train officials. At the time of the event, the train was on its way from Peshawar to Quetta.
Ambulances were been sent from Quetta to Dasht to take the injured to hospitals, according to rescue sources. According to Levies officials, the accident injured several passengers.
