Syed Ashfaq Hussain Shah, the former president of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), has been banned for life by the Normalization Committee of the PFF, in a historic decision.
Shah is one of the 18 people the committee has prohibited. The 18 persons are facing charges from the PFF disciplinary committee on various counts, including occupying the PFF House and stealing and defrauding the party out of Rs. 4 million.
Ten of the eighteen allegedly kept PFF cars for their own use, according to the disciplinary committee. It threatened to take legal action if they didn’t return the autos within a week.
According to the PFF committee, an appeal against the ban may be submitted within 15 days following the ruling. Should you choose not to file an appeal, the 18-person prohibition would will remain, it added.
