A legal letter released in newly unsealed Jeffrey Epstein files claims that Prince Andrew, also known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, and Epstein asked an exotic dancer to take part in sexual acts at Epstein’s Florida home.
The letter forms part of a recent document release by the US Department of Justice. It describes an alleged encounter from 2006 involving an unnamed woman who worked as an exotic dancer in West Palm Beach.
Claims of Payment and Private Meeting
According to the letter, lawyers for the woman said Epstein’s team offered her ten thousand dollars to dance at a private event. Chauffeurs reportedly picked her up along with other dancers from Rachel’s Strip Club and took them to Epstein’s mansion.
After arriving, staff directed the woman upstairs. Epstein then introduced her to Prince Andrew, the letter claims. The document states that several other young women attended the gathering and wore revealing clothing. Some of them appeared extremely young, with the letter suggesting a few looked as young as fourteen.
Alleged Request for a Threesome
The woman reportedly danced for Epstein and Prince Andrew and removed her clothes until she wore only underwear. The letter claims that both men then asked her to take part in a threesome.
Her lawyers said she made it clear that she had agreed only to dance. However, the letter alleges that Epstein assured her of later payment and pressured her to perform sexual acts.
After the encounter ended, the letter claims the men invited her to travel with them to the Virgin Islands. She declined the offer.
Dispute Over Payment
Despite the original promise of ten thousand dollars, the woman allegedly received only two thousand dollars. Her lawyers said she felt humiliated by the situation and believed the men treated her like a prostitute.
The letter explains that she chose not to come forward earlier because she felt ashamed of the incident. Her legal team later proposed that she would keep the claims confidential in exchange for a payment of two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
It remains unclear whether the parties ever reached a settlement.
Growing Pressure on Prince Andrew
The release of the letter adds to ongoing scrutiny of Prince Andrew’s past relationship with Epstein. He has faced repeated calls to explain the extent of his contact with the convicted sex offender.
The latest batch of documents also included photographs that appear to show Prince Andrew kneeling over a woman. Both individuals are fully clothed in the images.
Prince Andrew has consistently denied allegations that he sexually assaulted Virginia Giuffre when she was a teenager. Giuffre previously said Epstein trafficked her to powerful men.
In 2022, Prince Andrew agreed to a financial settlement to resolve a civil sexual assault lawsuit brought by Giuffre. He did not admit wrongdoing as part of the agreement.
