A crew from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is expected to land in Pakistan on September 6 for the first time in a number of years, marking a major step toward the resumption of direct flights from Pakistan to the United States.
Officials claim that in advance of the team’s visit, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has finished audit preparations. As part of the inspection, the FAA team will examine state safety operations, flight requirements, and licensing examinations.
According to the CAA, all departments have completed the necessary arrangements to enable the audit, which is regarded as a crucial stage in the process of resuming direct flights between Pakistan and the United States.
