Ticket prices reduced for fans traveling
Transport costs for supporters heading to World Cup matches at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey have been sharply reduced after strong criticism from fans over high fares.

Train tickets, which were originally priced at $150 (£111), have now been cut to $98 (£73). Shuttle bus fares have also dropped significantly, falling from $80 (£59) to just $20 (£15).
Fans call earlier prices “too expensive”
The backlash quickly grew as fans raised concerns about affordability for attending matches.
Venue to host key World Cup matches
MetLife Stadium, which will be renamed New York/New Jersey Stadium during the tournament under FIFA’s naming policy, is set to host eight matches. This includes the final as well as one of England’s Group L fixtures.The stadium sits around 18 miles from Manhattan.
