In preparation for India’s hosting of the Women’s Cricket World Cup in 2025, the forthcoming qualifying matches will take place in various cities this year.
According to the reports, women’s teams from five other nations—Bangladesh, Ireland, Scotland, Thailand, and the West Indies—will compete in the qualifiers, which will be held in Pakistan in April, alongside the hosts. The ICC will shortly make a formal announcement regarding the matches, they added.
The top six teams in the ICC Women’s Championship will be joined by the qualifying event finalists.
