While she considers whether to impose a longer-term injunction, a federal judge announced Monday that she will temporarily extend an order that is preventing President Donald Trump’s intention to prohibit foreign people from entering the United States to attend Harvard University.
At the conclusion of a hearing in Boston about Harvard’s legal appeal to the restrictions, US District Judge Allison Burroughs extended a temporary restraining order that was about to expire on Thursday until June 23. She stated that she wished to provide herself additional time to get a rulei ready.
