The bassist for the iconic band Metallica, Robert Trujillo, recently announced that he and the other members of his band would be attending Ozzy Osbourne’s burial.
Days before Ozzy’s death on July 22, the Fade To Black hitmakers performed at his last show, Back To The Beginning, in Birmingham in July.
The Black Sabbath frontman was thanked by Robert on Instagram before to the funeral.
“Unfortunately, we’re returning to London today for Ozzy’s funeral,” he started. All I want to say is… Ozzy facilitated the development of numerous new connections, including genuine, enduring friendships as well as creative partnerships.
“I mean, Lullah’s godfather is Joe Holmes,” the musician went on.
