DUBAI: To make passenger security checks quicker and simpler, Dubai Airport has started deploying cutting-edge 3D AI scanners.
The new scanners, which are powered by artificial intelligence, will analyze luggage in a matter of seconds, enabling travelers to pass security checks quickly.
Officials say travelers won’t have to take out their laptops, water bottles, fragrances, or other liquids when going through security checks.
The project will be finished by the end of 2026, according to the airport management, which is confident that the effort would make travel easier and more intelligent for all travelers.
In the meantime, substantial preparations have been made by Dubai Airports to help travelers who are hard of hearing.
