According to the most recent information from the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), the United Arab Emirates has implemented new income requirements for citizens wishing to sponsor visit visas for friends and family.
Depending on the kind of visitor, residents are required to fulfill certain monthly income thresholds under the updated regulations:
Parents, kids, and spouses who are first-degree relatives must make at least Dh4,000 each year.
Relatives in the second or third degree: Dh8,000 is the minimum income.
Friends: Dh15,000 is the minimum income.
These new requirements are a part of larger changes to entry permits for foreign nationals that have been approved by the ICP.
