Sana Mir responds to Indian critics of Azad Kashmir remark

Sana Mir, the former captain of Pakistan, has addressed Indian criticism on her use of the term “Azad Kashmir” when commentating on Pakistan’s match versus Bangladesh in the 2025 ICC Women’s World Cup in Colombo.

When Mir was discussing Pakistani all-rounder Natalia Pervaiz at the R Premadasa Stadium, she first used the word “Kashmir” before changing it to “Azad Kashmir.”
