The Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, Pakistan’s premier red-ball competition, is scheduled to begin on Saturday, October 26.
Details indicate that 18 teams from 16 regions will compete in the domestic first-class event.
Abdullah Khurram Niazi, Director of Domestic Cricket Operations for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), pledged to support the improvement of the domestic cricket system.
“It is through the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy that the fresh talent steals the spotlight,” he said, acknowledging the talent of the Quaid-e-Azam trophy.
