Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker recently celebrated the holidays with a uniquely health-conscious family dinner, expertly crafted by their private chef, Brooke “Chef Bae” Baevsky. The chef shared a behind-the-scenes look at the December 17th gathering, which catered to their entire blended family.
The festive table welcomed Kourtney’s children—Mason, Penelope, and Reign—alongside Travis’s kids, Landon and Alabama, his stepdaughter Atiana de la Hoya, and the couple’s one-year-old son, Rocky. Each personalized place setting featured a named gluten-free gingerbread cookie, a mini candy cane, and a printed menu.
Travis Barker started the evening with his favorite matcha latte. The meal itself was a creative blend of flavor and wellness. Starters included a citrus pear and fennel salad, butternut squash dip with baked sweet potato chips, and festive chickpea focaccia cut into Christmas tree shapes.
For the main course, guests enjoyed herby chicken meatballs, plant-based pumpkin chickpea cakes (a nod to Travis’s preferences), and mushroom meatballs. Sides featured roasted Japanese sweet potatoes and lemon green beans with gluten-free crispy shallots. The younger kids were treated to a high-protein, gluten-free mac and cheese.
