KALISPELL, Mont. — During a Western campaign tour on Wednesday, President Donald Trump defended his acceptance of a luxurious jet from Qatar to operate as Air Force One and positioned Republicans as diligent supporters of gun rights.
Trump warned that the Second Amendment will be “under siege” if Democrats win the midterm elections in November during an evening rally in Montana. This was very similar to the kind of attack lines that his party likes to hear as the president travels the nation.
