LAHORE: In a statement, former National Security Advisor Lt Gen (retd) Nasser Khan Janjua stated that India might try a missile strike against Pakistan once more, highlighting the significance of ongoing readiness and attention.
The former adviser insisted that India’s internal political environment made renewed aggression feasible while speaking at a seminar titled “Pakistan’s Recent Diplomatic Successes, Future Prospects, and Evolving Defence Strategy” at a local hotel in Lahore.
“New Delhi knows Pakistan has state-of-the-art missile technology and can effectively counter any malicious designs,” he said. He said, “Pakistan, as the only Islamic nuclear power, will always remain a thorn in the enemy’s side.”
