Committee Chairman Agha Rafiullah questioned why authorities do not investigate individuals departing on new passports under the guise of tourism and accused the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of enabling their departures.
Hostage-taking and organ-selling reports
Lawmakers pointed to numerous reports of kidnapping, electrocution, extortion, and trafficking of Pakistanis in Cambodia, which borders Vietnam and Thailand.
