As of September 12, the State Bank of Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves climbed marginally to $14,357.2 million, bringing the total to $19,735.7 million.
“SBP’s FX reserves increased by $21 million to $14,357.2 million during the week ended 12-Sep-2025,” the central bank said Thursday in its weekly bulletin on the status of liquid foreign reserves.
According to the reserves breakdown for the period under review, commercial banks’ net foreign reserves rose by $34 million this week to $5,378.5 million.
As of the previous week, which concluded on September 5, the nation had $19,680.9 million in total liquid foreign reserves. Commercial banks had the remaining $5,344.6 million in foreign reserves, while the central bank kept $14,336.3 million.
