DALLAS: Syed Zeeshan Ali Naqvi, the focal point of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, has emphasized that as young people make up 70% of Pakistan’s population, PM Shehbaz Sharif personally oversees all of the programs to enable them to directly contribute to the advancement of the nation.
Speaking at a dinner organized by the Pakistani-American organization Stand With Pakistan in Dallas, which was attended by many young people and community leaders, Naqvi explained that the program offered interest-free loans between Rs300,000 and Rs600,000 to assist young people in launching their own businesses.
Loans of up to Rs1 million were offered to people looking for work overseas to pay for their visas and travel expenses. He mentioned Rs 75 billion.
