Friends and coworkers of Representative Haley Stevens are worried about her fiancé Jason Turkish’s concerning actions in relation to the Democrat’s last-minute support of Republican Senate candidate Mike Rogers.
Turkish, a Jewish Democrat, declared this Monday that he will support Rogers in the upcoming midterm election. The civil rights and disability lawyer stated that he was certain that Democratic candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s criticism of Israel threatened Michigan’s Jewish community.

Blanchard Questions Turkish’s Influence on Stevens
“He was trying to win her over. “Everyone is disappointed in you, they did everything they could to help you and then immediately after you lose the primary, you endorsed him,” Blanchard said from a Thursday nite meal.
Blanchard claimed to have stood up for Stevens because he was a “team player.”
Turkish said, “I know, but they’re really disappointed in her,'” the former governor remembered.
Turkish was “all distraught” and “strung out” about El-Sayed, Blanchard told GNS. Stevens responded to the former governor’s worries by saying, “I’m fine.”

Following Stevens’ dispute, Acker stated that he had been unable to get in touch with her. “Her fiancé took her phone away.”
Democrats Raise Concerns Over Turkish’s Influenc
Caitlin Legacki, a former Stevens spokesman, attributed Stevens’s main campaign setback to Turkish. She said that Turkish started exerting excessive influence over the campaign after the pair secretly became engaged. She accused him of intimidating younger employees and forcing Stevens to speak out more in support of Israel.
After her friend’s abrupt change of heart, former Representative Susan Wild, who claimed to have known Stevens from growing up on Capitol Hill, expressed worries about Turkish.Over the years, Haley has had a great deal of support from the Democratic Party, but she has deceived them all.
