He later shared that he felt lucky to escape even worse harm. The recovery process took time and careful medical support. Legal action and claims Fry has now filed a personal injury claim in the High Court. He is seeking up to £100,000 in damages. The case targets CogX Festival Ltd and Blonstein Events Ltd. His legal team argues that the stage area was unsafe. They claim the space lacked proper lighting and clear safety barriers. According to the filing, these failures led directly to the fall. Response from organisers CogX representatives have not shared details due to the ongoing case. They confirmed concern for Fry’s condition and wished him a full recovery. Blonstein Events Ltd said it has not received official legal documents yet. The company also stated it does not accept responsibility and is ready to defend its position. What happens next The claim must be formally delivered to the defendants. After that, the court will review both sides. The final decision will determine who is responsible for the incident.
