This feature is intended to help reduce the number of fake accounts, bots and AI-generated identities, which are increasingly difficult to detect on the internet. After the eye scan, users receive a badge that says "Proof of Humanity". The badge is displayed on the user's profile to prove that they are a genuine person. The Iris Scan system works The user can verify their identity using a mobile application or an orb-shaped scanner. This scans captures the colored portion of the eye, the iris. After the scanner is approved, a digital ID called World ID will be created. The ID can be stored in the phone of the user and used on all supported platforms. World Network Behind the Technology Worldcoin, formerly known as Worldcoin, is the source of this technology. The technology is being developed by Tools for Humanity. Sam Altman co-founded and chairs the startup, which also runs OpenAI. As online content grows increasingly automated, the company claims that this system will separate human accounts from AI-driven ones. Why platforms are adopting it Tinder is facing a problem of fake profiles and fraudulent accounts. These accounts often use AI to create convincing images and conversation to fool users. Match Group which is Tinder's owner, added video self-portrait checks. This new option to scan your iris is intended to provide a more robust level of security. Zoom also faces a new risk. Canada’s Finance Minister, François-Philippe Champagne, said the issue demands global attention. He explained that unlike physical threats, AI risks are harder to predict and control. He stressed the need for strong safeguards. Governments want to ensure financial systems remain stable and secure against emerging digital threats. What Makes Claude Mythos Different Claude Mythos is part of Anthropic’s Claude AI family. It competes with systems like ChatGPT and Gemini. Delays in earlier test flights showed the need for more frequent missions and faster progress. The goal is to move away from treating each rocket as a one of a kind project and instead operate like a continuous program. Experts point out that regular launches are essential if NASA wants to reach its long term goals, including a crewed Moon landing in the coming years. Can humans return to the Moon? Allegations of support and funding Prosecutors claim the accused had prior awareness of Ma’aji’s alleged treason activities but failed to alert security agencies. The charge sheet also accuses them of withholding intelligence that could have prevented serious security threats. Financial crime allegations form a major part of the case. Investigators say funds moved between the accused in ways linked to terrorism financing and efforts to destabilize the government.
