A shaman has recently stepped out to give Justin Bieber some life guidance tips.
She discussed all of this in an interview with Life & Style, which included some frank guidance considering the “huge amount of challenges inside of him” following a history of substance abuse, anxiety, and invasions of privacy by paparazzi.
“Justin should begin meditating while sitting in a full lotus position with his hands on his thighs, facing up,” says Tammy Adams, author of “The Life Purpose Shaman.”
In addition, the intuitive life coach and spiritual healer advised him to “visualize a new chapter in his life, breathe slowly, let his body feel weightless, and inhale blue light while listening to a guided meditation.”
