The Sindh government updated the matric and intermediate test schedule on Tuesday in consideration of the holy month of Ramadan.
The decision was made at a meeting of the steering committee of the Sindh education department, which was presided over by Syed Sardar Ali Shah, the provincial minister of education.
The matriculation and intermediate theory examination start dates for 2025 have been moved to April 7 and April 28, respectively.
The SSC and HSC exams were originally scheduled to start on March 15 and April 15, respectively.
Additionally, the steering group resolved that the matric practical examinations would begin on March 10. The date of the inter-practical exam will be revealed later, though.
