Dallas: On Wednesday, the Trump administration declared that the green card application procedure would undergo rapid adjustments.
This new judgment was prompted by a policy that was implemented in April of last year that permitted the medical examination form to remain valid indefinitely. According to immigration officials, this approach may now be dangerous for public health.
According to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a recently filled-out medical examination form (Form I-693) is now required with each new application for permanent residency (green card).
In the past, the form might be used again for years after it was submitted, particularly if an applicant withdrew and resubmitted their application.
