An Israeli F-35 stealth fighter plane was shot down by Iran’s air defense systems in Tabriz on Monday, making it the fourth such aircraft to be taken down in the current war.
According to Iranian state television, officials confirmed the most recent interception and stated that Tehran’s air defense capabilities are still fully functional and ready to fend off more Israeli assault. According to reports, an attempted airstrike on Iranian military installations targeted the fighter plane.
Iran has previously claimed that the current battle with Israel has escalated significantly. On June 14, it announced that its air defense forces had shot down another Israeli F-35 stealth fighter jet over the country’s western region.
