US President Donald Trump, who wears suits every day, mocked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s black military-style attire during his most recent visit to the White House.
Zelensky’s outfit from the February encounter was a focal point of a catastrophic meeting with Trump, where the Ukrainian president was hauled out of the White House early without lunch and the two leaders quarreled.
Zelensky wore more formal clothing to his meeting with Trump on Monday, as his nation faces pressure to accept a peace agreement to end the bloodiest conflict in 80 years in Europe.
Even though the black-on-black outfit without a tie wasn’t really a suit, Trump appeared to like it.
